Press relase from Radnor Police Department

On 10/20/07 at 00:37 hours, emergency medical services, along
with the Radnor Township Police Department, were dispatched to
a Cabrini College resident hall for a report of a stabbing. The 19
yo victim was flown to an area hospital with a puncture wound to
the abdomen. He has been upgraded to stable condition.
Based on the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued this
morning at 09:30 hours for Rupert G. Tate Jr, , 20 YOA, of 444
W. High Street, Pheonixville, Pa. Charges against Tate include
Attempted Criminal Homicide, Aggravated and Simple Assault,
Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Possessing
Instruments of a Crime. It was determined that Tate was on
Cabrini’s Campus visiting the victim.
At 11:40 hours, 10/20/07, Rupert Tate, accompanied by family
members, turned himself into the Radnor Police at police
headquarters. Tate was processed by Department members .
