Student Housing Violations - Hall of Shame

This forum is for posting student housing violations. Our hope is to make it less desirable for landlords to continue student housing rentals in our neighborhoods by showcasing the complaints. If you know of a home in your neighborhood that is rented to students and they are a nuisance, this is a good place to place the complaint. Formal complaints must also be filed with the township to start a legal process. Postings here are also helpful to prosecute a case because they serve as a time and date stamped a journal.
